ACH Autopay

Recommended payment option.

Automatically pay your bill from your checking or savings account on the 25th of each month.

First-time enrollees receive a one-time $10 credit.

ACH Autopay is convenient, helps prevent late payments and service disconnections, and saves the City processing fees that help keep utility rates lower.

Other Ways to Pay

• By phone: Residential customers can call 1-855-279-3197 to pay through the City's third-party automated system. Pay by credit card or bank account. A $1.25 fee applies.
• By mail: Send your check using the return envelope included with your bill.
• Dropbox: Use the utility dropbox on the northwest side of Library Hall, 80 S Main St.
• In person: Visit the Finance Office in Library Hall, 80 S Main St., Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Mobile app: Pay using the XpressBillPay mobile app.
