When will I receive my utility bill?

Why is my utility bill higher than usual?
Bills are often highest in the summer because of increased electricity, culinary water, and pressurized irrigation use. Winter electric space heaters can also significantly increase power use.
Why do I have a bill for a vacant property?
Some utility charges are base fees that cover the cost of making services available, even when there is little or no usage.
Does the City offer Equal Pay?
The Equal Pay program is no longer available to new customers. Existing participants may remain enrolled as long as they continue to meet program requirements.
What is the storm drain charge?
The storm drain fee funds infrastructure that helps protect streets, homes, and businesses from flooding. All properties help pay for the system because everyone benefits from stormwater management.
When will I receive my first bill?
Your first bill will generally arrive the month after you start service and will be due on the 25th.
When will I receive my final bill?
Final bills are generally mailed within three weeks after service ends. If you use ACH Autopay, your final payment will also be automatically withdrawn.
